Salesforce is the most powerful CRM.

But it does require a lot of resources to maintain. In evaluating Salesforce as the CRM for you, I'd want to learn about your business, how you operate, your data, and what you want to report on. While it will depend on your requirements, I'd want to evaluate Hubspot as an option for you.

CRMs built for nonprofits

I have experience with one CRM built for nonprofits and have somewhat thorougly evaluated one more. If you're a nonprofit and you're focusing your search on one of these options, I'd love to work with your team on evluatting and choosing a CRM. (Hint: it's probably going to be Hubspot, not one of the nonprofit-focused CRMs.)
