What I can help with in HubSpot

HubSpot is a really powerful CRM that can help you do a lot of different things. Rather than list out every aspect or write endless paragraphs about what those things are and how I can help you with them, I'll keep it short: I'm pretty well-versed across the entire platform.

I can help with the CRM (Sales Hub), the marketing platform (Marketing Hub), data modeling and data structure, dashboarding, reporting, and more.

I can talk with you to understand how you run your business and how your teams run their operations and then help you implement HubSpot, choosing the right tools for the right job, to facilitate your operations. You don't need to have the answers for the best way to structure your data in HubSpot—that's my job.

We'll work together to find the right way to structure your data so that you can most efficiently report on it and easily answer your key business questions.

Where are you starting from?

Already have HubSpot

Things aren't working the way you need them to. Data's a mess, reports don't answer your questions, or you're just not sure if you're using it right. We'll audit what you have, identify what's working and what isn't, and fix it.

No CRM yet

You're ready to move from spreadsheets (or chaos) into a proper system. We'll implement HubSpot from scratch, built specifically for how your business actually operates. Clean structure from day one.

Currently use a different CRM

Migrating to HubSpot from another platform. We'll map your existing data, plan the migration carefully, and ensure nothing gets lost in the transition. Your historical data matters.

How I work

Assessment

We'll start with a write-up of the problems and challenges you have. In parallel, you'll give me access to your HubSpot account, and I'll do some exploration, make notes, and come to you with my recommendations.

Define the Work

From there, we'll define scopes of work by creating a problem statement, stating the solution to that problem, and clarifying requirements for the solution.

Build in Sandbox

Most exploration will happen in a sandbox (if you don't have one, we'll talk to your HubSpot rep about getting one). You'll sign off on the delivered solution before anything goes live.

Implement in Production

Then, we'll implement the solution in production (your actual account). We'll continue all current processes and workflows as they are until their replacement structures and SOPs are created. This helps ensure all data is migrated successfully.

Document Everything

Documentation will be created as a resource for how things work after we build them, SOPs, and general good-to-knows.

Decision Log

Throughout the project, we'll keep a decision log. This is going to create permanent clarity on why we do things the way we do them and inform you on any changes you might want to make in the future.

This matters because six months from now when someone asks "why did we set it up this way?", you'll have the answer. No institutional knowledge lost.

Pricing

First, we'll assess what the work is that needs to be done. Then, we'll create a statement of work outlining all the details: price, deliverables, and a timeline for the work to be done. If any additional terms are needed, we'll establish those, too.
